Sıcaklık, nem, bekleme süresi ve ürün uyumluluğu değerlendirilir. Kullanılacak tesis ve uygun koşullar sipariş için doğrulanır.Temperature, humidity, holding time and product compatibility guide the plan. Facility access and conditions are confirmed for the order.

Uygun olduğunda ön soğutma, soğuk depolama ve frigorifik taşıma seçenekleri değerlendirilir. Kontrollü atmosfer, GPS görünürlüğü veya sıcaklık kayıt hizmetleri; tesis, taşıyıcı ve ürün uygunluğu doğrulanarak ayrıca kararlaştırılır.Where appropriate, pre-cooling, cold storage and refrigerated transport are assessed. Controlled-atmosphere storage, GPS visibility and temperature records are agreed separately after checking facility, carrier and product suitability.
